Dear Cousin Scags and extended families....  Our deepest condolences and sympathies to all of you over the loss of Leo.  We will keep Leo and all of you in our hearts, thoughts and prayers at this most difficult of times.

`TO all my loving cousins" My heartfelt condolences on Leo's passing .HE was too young. I would often go over to the house and leo   jimmy and I would often talk and joke about anything and with louie   barking in leo's room. Leo, we have known each other for many many years since we were young kids and i will say you were one unique individual. Even up to a couple of weeks ago, you always had a way to make me laugh and smile with our conversations and we had many.  No matter where you were or what you were doing you always had the biggest smile on your face as you could brighten up any room, i will miss you so much and i thank you for all the advise you have given me over the years and most of all i will remember what a great friend you were, may you rest in peace with our heavenly lord Jesus as he embraces you with his love forever. To the Scagliozzi family (Jimmy, i love you) my deepest condolences to you all - always remember the great times you all had together as a family.  God Bless . . .

Leo, you will truly be missed. You always had a way of brightening a room, providing solid advice and keeping us all smiling to name a few. Since I met Leo in 3rd grade at Saint John School, our adventures together were never dull ones. Leo was very unique in many ways always putting everyone first. Leo helped me become the person I am today by being supportive which he loved doing.  If you ever asked Leo for a favor, he would never say no, and would do it with a smile on his face no matter how great or small. They definitely broke the mold when they created Leo.  My deep condolences to the Scagliozzi family and to to the multitude of friends he left behind.

To all of my cousins. There are no words I can say to ease this pain. Leo was one in a million. Always made me laugh so hard. Even though we didn’t see each other often, when I did see him it felt like not a minute had passed. I know that he was led into heaven buy some very special people. I love you all so very much. Rest in peace my dear cousin. Until we meet again.

I’m truly saddened by your passing. We were closer as kids than we were as adults but I loved catching up when I would visit mom. Talking with your mom always made me feel better about life. How I loved your laugh when talking about the ridiculousness of the class reunions😄. The way your eyes would light up talking about your daughter…the sadness in your voice when speaking about your brother and later your mom.  Even though we didn’t always see eye to eye on some things, you will always have a special place in my heart. You made my childhood a bit more bearable and as an adult you did something I can never fully repay…kept an eye on my mom. 

SIP “Scags”, thank you for what l know you did and for what I didn’t know you did. I know you are in fine company, tell your mom and my mom hello for me…..

I'll miss you so very much. cousin.  You had a heart of gold, and were one of the nicest people I have ever known.  

I will miss you my friend.  You were sooo generous and kind, it was a blessing to know you. I do miss those days in Chester, dinners, and of course crabbing.. until we meet again, go well and in peace. I am soo sorry to your family and friends, and Charley... love you buddy.."horsey"

Leo we had great times when we were growing up. You will be greatly missed.

Leo will be missed! I have so many fond memories that I will cherish and keep close to my heart...When we were in high school and hanging out either at O'Connor Park or the Dead End! I also spent a lot of time at his house....Sitting in the kitchen talking to Leo's parents a lot especially to his Dad... Who had Multiple Sclerosis and at that time my Guardian was diagnosed with MS...It was very scary..And Mr. Scaggs would talk to me about the illness and what to expect it really helped a lot....I always felt welcomed there and like a part of the family! Leo I will miss you..Rest in Peace my Friend! My thoughts and prayers go out to the Family!  Sincerely   Jackie La Chance Mogavero

You were born into a caring, wonderful and beautiful family, and this will continue FOREVER! I will always remember your wonderful smile and the memories of having been a part of your life.
