Born in Newark, NJ, to Stephanie and Frank Kiersten. She was a devout parishioner of St. Philomena Church in Livingston, and a proud member of the Oakleaf Club. Jane loved to bake; she won an award from Betty Crocker and her recipe was featured in Better Homes and Gardens.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave., Livingston, NJ, on Sunday, December 1, from 2:00 to 6:00PM. A funeral service will be held at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home on Monday, December 2, at 10:30AM, followed by interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, NJ.
Jane was predeceased by her beloved husband Stanley Kocur, and her siblings Edward Kiersten and Helen Jarmusz. She is survived by her loving children William Kocur and his wife Terry, Susan Kocur, Linda Kocur, and Nancy Taylor and her husband Jon; her cherished grandchildren Constance Kocur, and Will Taylor; and her dear brother Stanley Kiersten.
