Harold Loyd Jones

Harold Lloyd Jones, 68, of England, AR left his earthly life on Monday, June 4, 2018. Harold was born on March 22, 1950 in England, AR. He was preceeded in death by his parents, Odies and Christine (Cloninger) Dorrell, both of England. Harold is survived by his sister, Lena (Mickey) Holland of England, AR, his son, Chad Jones of Hot Springs, his daughter, Shaynee (Karl) Ice of Carrolton, TX, his son Jason (Alison) Jones of Little Rock, AR; his grandsons, Andre (Karla) Molden of Clarksville, TN, and Eli and Spencer Jones of Little Rock, AR, as well as 3 great grandchildren, Jurnee and Malachi Molden, and Chase Ice. Harold leaves behind his former spouse Darlene Jones, of Mabelvale, AR, and her daughters, Debbie Riggs (Ricky), Theresa Metcalf (Scott), Lisa Browning (David), and Brenda Gilbert; his Uncles’ Tom and Bob Cloninger, and his Aunt Patsy Hogan also survive Harold.

Harold is a Veteran of the United States Army. Harold has always had a passion for fast cars and the outdoors. He loved making old things new, woodworking, and gardening but his love for his children always came first. He spent many years coaching their baseball and softball teams. Harold worked hard and taught his children the value of hard work. His legacy lives on in his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

A celebration of his life will be held on Monday, June 11, 2018 at 11 am with a brief visitation beginning at 10:30. Services will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at 13901 Quail Run Drive, Little Rock, AR 72210.
