Betty Watt, of Maumelle, passed away February 11, 2018, shortly after noon, and just one month after her 70th wedding anniversary, at the age of 92. She was born January 22, 1926, the youngest of seven children to Eugene H. and Bertie C. Mueller at 812 Denison Street in Little Rock. Betty was a lifelong member of Asbury United Methodist Church, graduated from Little Rock Central High School, and married her high school sweetheart, Arthur T. Watt. They had three sons and lived and worked in Little Rock.
She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur, and one of her sons, Randall G. Watt.
She is survived by two sons, Arthur T. Watt, Jr. and Chris A. Watt; five grandchildren, Andrew Watt, Melissa Davenport, Elisabeth Watt, Jessica Watt, and Allyse Burton; and five great-grandchildren, Tyler Norton, Isabella Davenport, Kylie Burton, Haley Davenport and Grayson Burton.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth Funeral Home from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., also at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth.
In lieu of flowers, gifts to Asbury United Methodist Church may be made in her name if desired.
