Arthur is preceded in death by his parents William Arthur and Rose Marie Heins; siblings Georgette, Nicolette and Frank.
Left to cherish Arthur's memory are his children James Heins (Julie), Henry Heins and Belinda Heins; siblings Bill Heins and Freddy Heins.
Arthur was a very devoted Mason. He served 4 years in the Navy. Arthur worked at Welsco for 30 years
