Helen Deal Barnhardt, 87, died February 25, 2018 at home surrounded by her loving family.
Born on March 2, 1930 in Salisbury, NC, she was the daughter of the late Opal C. and Lucy Larson Deal.
Mrs. Barnhardt is survived by her husband of 52 years, John D. Barnhardt; one son, Billy Barnhardt; five daughters Barbara Nance, Barbara Linker, Doris Phillips, Betty Thomas and Linda Barnhardt.
Funeral services will be held at 4 pm on Wednesday, February 28 in Lee Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Burial will be on Friday, March 2 in Phaniels Baptist Church Cemetery, Rockwell, NC.
