Shawn was born on November 24, 1972 in Alamance County, NC. Son of Donna (Gillispie) Shelton and the late
Ernest “Steve” Harbin.
He was a maintenance technician for North Beach Plantation.
He loved fishing, plants, the beach, and most of all his daughter Alyssa.
In addition to his mother, Shawn is also survived by a daughter, Alyssa C. Harbin.
Three brothers; Robert Harbin (Tammy), Scott Harbin (Viviana), and Daniel Harbin.
In addition to his father, Ernest “Steve” Harbin, Shawn was also preceded in death by a brother, Jeffery Harbin.
A visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m. on Sunday, October 1, 2023 at the Lee Funeral Home and Crematory,
