Steven Reed

1964-2022

Steven Reed, 58, of Sabattus passed away Friday January 21,2022 at the St. Mary’s Hospital in Lewiston.

He was born January 12,1964 in Lewiston the son of Herbert “Pete” and Gail (McInnes) Reed.

Steven was a graduate of Lisbon High School, class of 1982 and later attended Mid State College graduating with an associate degree. He worked at the front desk at the Ramada Inn; he had also worked for Floor Systems. His favorite job was being a bouncer for Mixers.

Steven was an active member of the East Auburn Baptist Church helping to build displays and volunteering for other church projects. He enjoyed working with wood and collecting autographs and memorabilia of well-known sports stars and movie stars.

He is survived by his father Herbert “Pete” Reed; his brother Scott Reed & his wife Judy; two nieces Leslie Reed and Ashley Phillips

A celebration of life will be held at 11am Saturday, January 29th at the East Auburn Baptist Church, 560 Park Avenue, Auburn.
