They belonged to Harley Owners Groups in California and Nebraska and participated in many rides and works for charity. In their early years, the family spent weekends at Fremont Lakes camping, skiing and riding with other families. They also belonged to a boat club, taking trips on the Missouri River and remained active in this group of longtime friends.
