Mary was born November 11, 1942, in Pontotoc, MS, to John Shelley and Lillie (Bobo) Shelley. She married the “Love of her Life,” Martin R. Kubicek. To this union, 1 child was born. She enjoyed being a stay-at-home wife/mother. Mary dedicated her life to God, Family, Friends, and Family Genealogy. She is very much loved and will be dearly missed.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Martin Kubicek; father, John, and mother, Lillie; brother, Thomas; and sisters, Barbara and Millie.
Mary is survived by her son, Danny (Rose) Kubicek; 3 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 9, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home. 6800 S. 14th St, Lincoln, NE. Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 PM. Interment at 3:30 PM, at Lincoln Memorial Cemetery. 6700 S. 14th St, Lincoln, NE.
