Lyle Cleary, born near Walhalla, ND to Arthur and Olivine (Dumas) Cleary. Lyle attended school in Osnabrock, ND, then left to join the Army. He was a proud Veteran. He enjoyed mechanical work as well as tv/radio repair. During the early '60's, Lyle visited his brother and nephews in Lincoln, Nebraska, and he decided to stay. Then he meet Marge. Lyle spent a number of years working as a machine mechanic for Metromail. He enjoyed the time spent with his family and friends.
Survived by wife Marje (Kubert) Cleary; daughter Valayna (Charlie) White, son Jeff Cleary; daughter Kallen (Tom) Armstrong; grandchildren; Devin (Marluan) Cleary; Zachary Cleary; Makenna and Marrissa Armstrong; sisters, Donna Nupdal, of ND; and Monica (Leonard) Heck of ND also many nieces and nephews.
Lyle was preceded in death by his parents; Arthur and Olivine (Dumas) Cleary; granddaughter Casie Jo Cleary born at rest; brothers, Francis and Wallace Cleary;
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, February 12, 2018 at 10am Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home, 6800 South 14th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. A inurnment will take place after the service.
