Gloria was affectionately known to many as "Dudda" and "Glo". She was a 1964 graduate of Liberty High School. She retired in 2009 from Siler City Police Department as Records Supervisor after 19 years of service.
For those who would like to pay their respects prior to the service, Gloria will be at the funeral home from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 4, 2023. A graveside funeral service will be held on Monday, December 4, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery, Liberty, NC. The family will receive friends following the service at Gloria's home.
She was the daughter of the late Howard and Brona Pickard Swaim.
Gloria is survived by her son, Todd Edwin Lineberry; grandson, Caedmon Lineberry; granddaughter, Elana Lineberry; sister, Betty Van Swaim; and brothers, Joe Howard Swaim and his wife, Kaye, and John Robert Swaim.
