Auttis "Junior" Alvin Jackson Jr.

Junior was a loving father, brother, and friend. Everyone who knew him loved him. He was a hard worker and retired from Golden State Foods after 31 years. He was a strong fighter, and did not allow illness to bring him down. He stayed positive and enjoyed his life as long as he was living. He set a beautiful example for his children and grandchildren to never give up, and he will be greatly missed.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 12, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at The Loflin Funeral Home Chapel. The family will host a reception for a time of visitation on Sunday, March 12, 2023 following the service at Loflin Funeral Home of Liberty.

He was the son of the late Auttis Alvin Jackson and Eva Ann Stump Lancaster and was also preceded in death by his wife, Leslie Rhyne Jackson.

Junior is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Jackson Jarrell (Ernest McCain); son, Joshua Jackson (Melissa); grandchildren, Elijah Jarrell, Abigail Jarrell, Ella Jarrell, Lorelei Jackson, and Meredith McCain; and sisters, Annette Walters, Anita Mounts and Donna Jackson.
