Tim worked as a commercial and residential general contractor and electrician. He enjoyed fishing, camping and building anything that gave him a true challenge. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his beautiful family.
Tim wanted to make sure everyone knew how much he loved his wife and children if anything should happen to him. He always told his family that they were his life, as he was theirs. Tim was kind and full of love, and his presence alone made them feel safe. He was not only a husband, but also a soulmate and best friend.
Tim was loved by any and everyone who knew him. He will be greatly missed, forever loved and never forgotten. For his wife’s comfort during this difficult time, he told her daily, “You are the strongest person I know, and I love you so much! You got this, Momma!” His legacy will continue through his children.
He is survived by his wife, Leah Hunt; parents, Timmie Hunt (Thelma) and Vickie Hunt Jacobs (Ricky); children, Hope, Jacob, Taylor, Trevin, Tinsley, Easton, River, and Ridge; sister, Ashley Hunt; brothers, Derick Hunt and Ronald Hunt; bonus dad, Arvis Shepherd and bonus mom, Shelley Shepherd; bonus mom, Rebecca Stadler and bonus dad, John Stevenson; step sister, Jessica Hunt; special aunt, Debbie Troutman; special cousin, Jason Hunt and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his paternal grandmother, Louise Rogers and maternal grandparents, Preather and Ester Hunt.
A funeral service will be at 1:00 pm on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel, 503 North Lake Drive, Lexington, SC 29072 with visitation following the service.
