Timothy Joseph Murphy, Jr. was born on October 7, 1957 in Elizabeth, New Jersey, to parents, Timothy J Murphy and Dorothy Murphy (Waltonowski). He graduated from Arthur L. Johnson Regional High School in 1975. Tim leaves behind a lasting legacy of hard work and dedication having spent 46 years in the tool making industry. For his entire career as a tool maker he worked for 2 esteemed companies; Linden Mold and Tool located in Linden, New Jersey and Moldamatic LLC located in Penndel, Pennsylvania. He retired from Moldamatic LLC in 2022.
Outside of his professional life, Tim enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, fishing, wood working, and watching sports, especially the Yankees and the Giants.
Tim was preceded in death by his wife Lynda Murphy, his parents Timothy and Dorothy Murphy, and his brothers Vincent and Dennis Murphy.
Tim was a loving father and is survived by his daughter, Kelly Breuninger (Casey) and his son, Timothy J Murphy III (Mandy), his granddaughter Ryleigh E Murphy, and his grandson Noah T Murphy. He is also survived by his sisters, Kathleen Uhrin (Frank) and Mary Makowski (Eddie), his brother, John Murphy, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A visitation for Timothy will be held Saturday, October 7, 2023 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd, Levittown, Pennsylvania 19056, followed by a funeral service at 9:30 AM, and entombment at Rosedale Memorial Park, 3850 Richlieu Road, Bensalem, Pennsylvania 19020.
