Born in Wilkes-Barre, PA, Nancy was a resident of Fairless Hills, PA for more than 60 years.
Nancy was an active and devoted member of Christ United Methodist Church, where she enjoyed helping at the ‘Christ Café’. Nancy was deeply devoted to the Lord, and had a deep Christian faith.
She worked a variety of jobs, but her favorite job was earlier in life at Planter’s Peanuts in Wilkes-Barre, where she met the love of her life.
Nancy spent most of her time at home caring for her family. She enjoyed reading, organizing and decorating her home, caring for her pets, and spending summer vacations at the ‘Laugh-a-Lot’ Retreat in LBI. “Nannie” was a true people person, and a friend to all who met her. She had a loving heart, and was generous to all, always thinking of others before herself.
Nancy was the devoted wife of the late David W. Jr., “Bud” for 61 years. She is the loving mother of Kimberly Hegner (Robert), Donna Lennon (Don May), David W. Lennon III, and Gail Stadanlick (Bruce); the beloved grandmother of 9; proud great grandmother of 6; and loving sister of Gloria Bizup.
Nancy will be sadly missed by numerous nieces, nephews and her many cherished friends.
Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, November 19, 2022 from 9:00am until 11:00am at Christ United Methodist Church, 501 Wistar Road, Fairless Hills, PA, where her memorial service will be held at 11:00am. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Nancy’s name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
