Mary Scott of Levittown died on Thursday, February 15, 2018. She was 83.Born in Bristol, Mrs. Scott was an original Levittown homeowner. She was the owner of J.W. Scott Service Station Equipment Company Inc. for many years.She enjoyed trips to the casino's and playing the lottery, but mostly she loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.She always had a generous "open house" policy for all of her neighbors and friends while raising her family. She was so loved, everyone wanted her to be their Mom.Beloved wife of the late Charles L. Scott, Mrs. Scott is the loving mother of Debora Peschen (Rich), Judy Leach (Danny), Susan J. Scott (Bob) and Donna Jackson (Marty).She is the devoted grandmother of Cristy (Tony), Danielle, Ricky (Katie), Keith, Wendy (Damien), Kevin (Jess), Chris, Danny, Katelyn (Ross), Corey (Samantha), Kim (Ray) and Jeff and the great grandmother of Sean, Dustin, Tyler, Haylee, Mackenzie, Hannah, Jake, Mitchell, , Hope, Emma, Hunter, Ava, Gianna, Ysabella, Grace, Griffin, Charleigh, Shane, Brett, and Cam.Mary will also be missed by her aunt, Helen Boulton; sister, Ellie March; brother Danny Scheffey; several nieces and nephews; her long time best friends, Dot and Winnie and her loving, goofy, loyal and faithful Bernese, Molly.Family and friends are invited to call from 9 until 11 a.m. on Wednesday at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown where her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Newtown Cemetery.
