Born in Philadelphia, Mrs. Jones had been a long time resident of Lower Bucks County.
She worked as a billing clerk in the medical field for many years.
Beloved wife of the late Benford Jones; daughter of the late Alfred and Lorraine Thompson and sister of the late Steve, Mrs. Jones is survived by her son, Christopher; grandson Timothy and siblings Alfred, Shirley, Gerald and Wendy as well as several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to call from 6 until 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 14th at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown where her funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. The burial of ashes will take place on Friday, April 15th, 1 p.m. at Beechwood Cemetery, Hulmeville Rd. and Bensalem Blvd., Bensalem, PA 19020.
