Born in McAdoo, PA, Joe has been a longtime resident of Lower Bucks County and a member of Queen of the Universe Parish, Levittown.
A kind, loving husband, father and proud United States Army veteran, Joe spent his working career as a manufacturing maintenance mechanic.
He enjoyed the outdoors, swimming, big band music, sweets and was a history buff.
Joe is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Frances (Krasko); his children, Cecelia Hoffmann, Joseph Rouse (Diane), John Rouse, Mary Taylor (Corey); his grandchildren, James, Marissa, John Paul, Michael and Andrew; and his great grandchildren, Victoria, Jude Thomas, Veronica and Nicholas.
Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm at Queen of the Universe Church, 2443 Trenton Road, Levittown, where his funeral mass will be celebrated at 12:00 pm. The Rite of Committal will be held at precisely 2:30 pm in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown
