Janie T. KrutJanie T. Krut died on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Saint Mary Medical Center in Langhorne. She was 80.Born in Mt. Union, PA, Mrs. Krut was a graduate of Captain Jack High School. She came to the Levittown area and resided here for over 60 years.Throughout her life, Mrs. Krut enjoyed bowling, pinnochle, reading, traveling, and trips to the casinos.She was a very devoted and loving wife, mother and grandma.Beloved wife of 61 years to John J. Krut, Mrs. Krut is the loving mother of John P. Krut of Levittown; Daniel L. Krut (Barbara) of Pipersville; Paul J. Krut of Croydon; Sharon S. Ciuccio (Rick) of Kutztown; and Joseph S. Krut of Levittown.She is the devoted grandmother of 13; and proud great grandmother of 7. Mrs. Krut will also be sadly missed by numerous nieces and nephews.She was predeceased by her parents, Patrick and Barbara (Cox) Kilcullen; and sisters, Patsy Briggs and Erma Melnyk.Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, from 7:00 until 9:00 pm and on Wednesday, from 10:00 until 11:00 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, 11:30 am at Queen of the Universe Church, Levittown. A procession will form on the funeral home parking lot on Thursday, 8:15 am for interment in Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
