Denise played the game of life with the heart of a champion, dedicating 35 years to the public adjusting business.
Off the clock, Denise donned her Eagles jersey and transformed into the ultimate Philly fan, bleeding green and cheering on her Eagles, Phillies, and Flyers with a fervor that could rival any mascot.
With a spirit as boisterous as a Philly sports crowd, Denise was an appreciated member of her happy hour softball team.
She could often be found making waves while boating or tubing, she just loved being out on the open waters. When it came to her furry friends, she earned the title of "Absolute BEST Dog Momma." Her competitive streak shined through her love for 3 card poker, slots, horse racing, and, of course, the legendary Eagles tailgates. The Vet was her favorite spot and where she scored the ultimate touchdown—getting engaged to her husband, David.
Denise is predeceased by her parents: John and Dolores Creamer; in-laws: Chuck and Barbara Johnson, and sisters-in-law: Bobbi Jo and Audrey.
Denise will be dearly missed by her husband, David and furbaby, Brody. She is also survived by siblings: John (Mary Ann), Ken "Conehead" (Charlene), and Beth Ann; her best friends Dawn, Gary and Dori; She is remembered by her Godmother and Aunt, Karen (Alan). She was the beloved Aunt Denise to Samantha, Goddaughter Lauren, Kenny, and Joe; and Great Aunt to River, Andi, and Lane. She is also survived by many cousins and friends. Her furneices Ophelia and Birdie (Roll Tide!), will miss her constant affection.
As we gather to say our goodbyes, let's suit up in our finest Philadelphia sports gear to honor Denise's unwavering team spirit. Visitation will commence on Thursday, October 10, 2024, from 5-8 PM at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, PA, with a service starting at 8 PM. The play continues the next day with a visitation at St. Mark Church, 1025 Radcliffe Street, Bristol, PA from 9:30-10:30 AM, followed by a funeral mass at 10:30 AM. We'll carry her to her final resting place at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne, PA.
