Donna Campbell Knight

Born November 9, 1954 in Caldwell County she was the daughter of Otha Campbell, who survives and the late Dorothy Buckner Campbell.

She will always be remembered as a loving wife, wonderful mother, and grandmother. Donna enjoyed traveling and camping.

Those left to cherish her memory along with her father are her loving husband, Jimmy Knight, of the home; two sons, Shane Jones and Brett Jones (Michele) all of Lenoir; one step-daughter, Lorie Stevens of Morganton; one brother, Bruce Campbell of Lenoir; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services honoring Mrs. Knight will be held Monday, June 17, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Crestview Baptist Church with Rev. Michael Isaacs and Rev. Clifton Harmon officiating. Burial will follow at Hollow Springs Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Sunday, June 16, 2013 at Pendry’s Funeral Home from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

Serving as pallbearers will be Rocky Banler, Tyler Jones, Chris Campbell, Charlie Campbell, Mickey Penley and David Price.

The family would like to express their appreciation to Mrs. Knight’s caregiver and aunt Dee Buckner and to the staff of Caldwell County Hospice & Palliative Care, and Catawba Medical Center Oncology Department for their love and care during Mrs. Knights’ illness.
