Bill was a 6 year veteran of the Army’s 20th Special Forces Unit. He was a long time member of Alabama Independent Insurance Agents and Cahaba Springs Presbyterian Church.
Mr. Harper was preceded by his parents; William Harper Sr. and Daisy Faye Harper.
Bill is survived by his wife, Bobbi Wood Harper; daughter, Rachel Harper Hall (Jason); brother, Steve Harper; grandchildren: William Isaac Hall and Isabella Harper Hall; special In-laws: Lily Wood, Jim & Linda Wood, Kelli & Steve Kearns and a host of nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
Celebration of Life service will be Saturday, February 1st. 2014 at 2:00 PM. at Cahaba Springs Presbyterian Church in Trussville.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Edna Cade, All Caring Home Health and Alzheimer’s Association of Central AL. for years of guidance and support.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Cahaba Springs Presbyterian Church or Alzheimer’s Association of Central AL.
