Grover Shirley Whitfield, age 91, of Leeds, Alabama passed away on Friday, September 27, 2024. Shirley is survived by his son, Gregg (Pat) Whitfield; grandchildren, Brittany (Jay) Gibson and Spencer (Jordan) Whitfield; great-grandchildren, Sam Gibson, Zeke Whitfield, Recy Gibson, Jax Whitfield, and Emma Whitfield; sister, June Martin. A Visitation will be held on Monday September 30, 2024 from 1:00-2:00PM from the Chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds, Alabama with a Funeral Service to follow at 2:00PM. Burial will be at Cedar Grove Cemetery.
