She is preceded in death by her husband, W.L. “Bill” Carr; parents, General and Fannie Mae Glass; brothers, Howard Glass, E. J. Glass, Jay D. Glass; sisters, Lois Glass Wideman, and Teresa Glass Rowland.
She is survived by her son, Norman Carr (Rhonda); daughters, Anita Carr and Sherry Washington; grandchildren, Jeremy Washington, Lee Washington, Mandy Blackwell, and Rachel Dixon; and great-grandchildren, Courtney Washington, Chance Washington, Kaylynn Washington, Ryan Washington, Bryan Blackwell, Carleigh Blackwell, Emma Blackwell, and Khloe Dixon.
The family will receive friends Thursday, July 19, 2018 from 6PM to 7PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel. A graveside service will be conducted on Friday, July 20, 2018 at 11AM At Elvester Cemetery in Warrior, AL.
