Dan T. Wells "Slim"

Dan T. Wells "Slim", age 86, of Sterrett, Alabama passed away on Friday, November 12, 2021. Dan was born April 16, 1935. He is preceded in death by his father, Daniel Webster Wells; mother, Dovie Dunaway Wells; son, Perry Charles Wells; sisters, Dorothy, Faye, and Bonnie; brothers, Doug, James "Sonny" and Frank "Hoss".

Slim is survived by his wife, Nola Mae Wells; sons, Melvin Johnny Wells (Teri) and Jason Theo Wells (Becky); sisters, Edna and June; brother, Johnny; grandchildren, Zach Wells (Tiffany), Zane Wells (Sarah), Lindsay Kimbrough (Kamron), Courtney Wells, Ryan Hill, Kyle Wells (Marisela), Chase Wells, Gatlin Wells and one granddaughter on the way; great grandchildren, Caitrin Wells, Adalyn Wells, Davy Wells, Wesley Wells, Miriam Wells, Hollynn Wells, Charleigh Kimbrough, Lucy Kimbrough, Kinley Wells, Isabella Wells, and Rosalie Wells.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at The Church of God of Prophecy in Sterrett, AL beginning at 5:00PM. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at The Church of God of Prophecy in Sterrett, AL beginning at 2:00PM with burial in the adjoining cemetery.
