I'm so sorry for your family's loss. May you draw close to our loving God by reading His Word, where you can find comfort in the hope that He gives us all, that of seeing our loved ones again in a beautiful new paradise home here on earth. Psalm 83:18,

I sat behind this sweet lady in church on Sunday mornings. I always noticed how the young adults would make it a point to hug her neck or talk with her. Even though I did not grow up in Leeds, I knew that she had made a difference in these person's lives & that they loved her. What a blessing & she will truly be missed.

I shall miss her on Sunday's sitting in her usual spot! She was there every Sunday come rain or shine!Heaven has a new special angel who is whole once again..I will continue to pray for the family during this emotional time..

I met Bertha Mae when I came to her home as a hospice volunteer for Albert. We quickly became friends and I asked if she would be my "grandmother stand-in" after Albert's passing since I had no grandparents. From that point on, she became GrandMae to me. How we loved to visit and chat, shop and eat, walk and share. But probably my most memorable moments were in her backyard swing watching the sun go down and just talking about life. How she loved her family especially that little Logan who made her laugh. GrandMae was content with the simple things of life and stood the test of time gracefully. Her God was her constant companion and now she can meet his face to face. I shall miss her as if she truly were my grandmother.

A fine and Godly woman that is going to be missed by many and in the VALLEY. We enjoyed many meals and fun activities with Berth Mae that we will cherish the memories. The best memory is Worshiping at Mt. Hebron  with her. We loved Bertha Mae. I can see her and Albert fishing now with their little dog right in front.

Such a sweet lady. She will be missed in this community. She was always present and supportive at the Mt Hebron Cemetary comm. meetings. Praying for the family.

I loved this sweet lady. She always had a smile on her face and loved and was loved by so many people! I'll miss her! Heaven got a special person this morning!

Joey, Nicki, Logan and family,  May your memories be blessed, may you always remember Grandma's influences, and may you smile each time you think of her celebrating with Jesus.  She ran the race and she wins!
