Born December 9, 1972, he was the son of Susan Brossman and Larry Rine Sr.
Todd worked for Carmeuse Lime and Stone for most of his adult life. He was known to live life to the fullest and always loved to be on the go. Todd “the wrecker” Rine enjoyed traveling, especially to Ocean City, Maryland. He also loved to fish, ghost hunt, attend concerts, and ride the most daring of rollercoasters. Todd had been a phenomenal athlete in his youth. He remained an avid sports fan, and was especially fond of the Philadelphia Phillies, Sixers, and Flyers, the Washington Redskins, and professional wrestling.
Todd was a dedicated son, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. Nothing brought him greater joy than surprising his grandsons with a sugary treat.
He is survived by his children, Shawn and Tanisha Rine, his grandchildren, Oliver Rine and Holden Large, his parents as listed above, his brother Larry Rine, his sister Stacey Boyle, and various in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
