God will have his hands full with George! 
George was a pleasure to work with, he would always make you laugh even if you were having a bad day and he would stop what he was doing to help you out! LB Smith will never be the same. Do a burn out though those pearly gates!

I am so very sorry to hear of George's passing. I have been in shock since I heard the news. George was one of the kindest men I have ever known and he will never be forgotten.  His mechanical skills were amazing and he bailed my kids and I out of car issues more times than I think he could have ever imagined.  I think he breathed a sigh of relief when we all purchased new vehicles!!  His sense of humor was great and his generous spirit even greater.  We were very lucky to have known him. I worked with him at L B Smith Ford Lincoln. I was always impressed by his automotive knowledge, his broad range of skills, and his ability to repair or make almost anything he needed to. He was always willing to help anyone when they asked. I know he helped me out a lot! George was always himself, honest, hardworking, funny, loyal , and caring. If their was some fun going on in the shop, you could guess George would be in the middle of it. He had a great laugh. He was a great storysteller and friend. He will be greatly missed.

I worked with George it'll be Smith I'm very sorry to hear what happened unfortunately I can't make the funeral tomorrow because after I left there will be Smith Ford I became a constable and tomorrow is the day that I get sworn in again so my sympathies go out to you and your family Budd Staub

To the Keller family,  I am so sorry for the loss of George he will be truly missed.  God has a plan for each of us, we don't know when and sometimes wander why but one day you'll be together in heaven on high. He'll be waiting and watching over you, and you have the memories to help get you through. One of best guys I have met and worked with sure going to miss his devlishness. The best one was the day I had a full cup of coffee he put a whole in the bottom of my cup with his knife looks at me and says Sharon your making a mess on the floor,  clean it up!! GOD BLESS 

Lori & Tracie, George was my dear friend going back some 20 years. He was a dear Brother in Christ that I have spent many hours with over the years. At some point in every conversation, something about Christ or the Christian life was discussed. He was the only Technician I trusted to do several things on a variety of vehicles. I’ve reached out to him from around the globe on many occasions. He was my Friend, and I’m yet in shock that the Lord took him home. I’ll miss his knowledge of vehicles, his joking, our philosophical talks, and him doing my work. However, most of all I’ll miss the rich fellowship we shared. I loved George. George was a one of a kind man. I only got to meet him a handful of times, however he made me feel as if we knew each other a lifetime. He had the biggest heart and loved to joke around and put a smile on your face.  He will forever be missed here on earth. May he rest in peace.
