Linda Gail Watts

She was surrounded and supported by her loving family and caregivers during the last hours of her life. Linda was the youngest of sixteen children born to Melroy Whitt and Millie Ophelia Whitt in Leander, Texas on December 29, 1953. Linda is fondly remembered for her desire to be a mother and the compassion she shared with many foster children and the raising of her five children.

Linda is survived by her five children (and spouses): Wanda Harbison (Chris); Kristy Tinsley (Waylon); Jennifer Tracy (Jay); Tonia Cook (Aaron), and Jonathan Watts; and sixteen grandchildren: Samuel, Kaylee, Lily, James, & Noah Harbison; Marshall & Abby Henderson; Makynzie Tinsley; Jackson, Jonathan, & Jayton Tracy; Avery, Nathan, & Lindy Cook; Eli & Legend Watts. Linda is also survived by her brothers, Billie Whitt, Loy Whitt, Damon Whitt & Lonnie Whitt, and sisters: Betty Lohmann, Margie Garland, Mary Schaudies, & Nita Woods. She was preceded in death by her parents, Melroy and Millie Whitt; loving husband Kirk Watts of 42 years; brothers, Charles Whitt, Maurice Whitt, & Johnny Whitt; sisters, Evelyn Whitt, Carol Hayes, Lucille Woods, Adelle Starkey.
