Jonathan David Myers, age 49, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 28, 2022, from a heart attack. Jonathan was born March 16, 1973, at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. Jon was raised in Indianapolis surrounded by his cousins and family who still reside there. Jon graduated from Ben Davis High School, attended Indiana University, Purdue, and completed his Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance degree at the University of Phoenix. Jon made friends living in Atlanta, Georgia before moving to San Diego where he met his wife Michiko. Jon loved sports! Jon's highlight was his annual golf trip with his buddies. If Jon wasn't watching golf, he'd be cheering on the Indianapolis Colts, IU basketball, or the Atlanta Braves, to name a few of his favorite teams.
Jon is survived by his wife Michiko Myers, children Emmerson and Emiko Myers, mother Linda Weilhamer, father Larry Myers, sister Jenny Travis, and his dog Parker.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 10:00 am at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 1200 S Bagdad Rd, Leander, Texas.
