Diane Lewis

Diane Jones Lewis, age 59, of Lawrenceburg, TN, passed away on Thursday, December 5th, 2024 at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems in Lawrenceburg. Diane was born on May 22nd, 1965 in Lawrenceburg. Diane worked for many years in various manufacturing plants in Lawrence and Giles County. She had the heart of a caregiver, and would spend a lot of her time caring for the ones she loved. She was an avid Alabama Crimson Tide fan. In her spare time, she enjoyed watching The Joyce Meyers Ministries and old western shows, listening to music, dancing, and spending time with her loving family and friends. She had a deep love for the lord and would spend a great deal of time reading her bible.

She was preceded in death by her father, John Jones, Jr. and her daughter, Sederria Jones.

She is survived by her mother, Lillie Marie Bumpas Jones; sons, Prentiss Jones and Corday Jones; sisters, Mary L. Jones Stewart, Debra Wilkerson, and Jackie Young (Nelson); nieces and nephews, Jennifer Prince (Ray), Sammy Stewart Jr., Jonathan McGill; great nephew, Aleczadrian Perez (Allie); great niece, Serenity D’ann McKissack; special friends, Angela Stephenson, Anna Edwards, Ricky Alexander, and Carlos Cathey.

Visitation will be held at Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Home on Thursday, December 12th, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

The memorial service will be held at Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Home on Thursday, December 12th, 2024 beginning at 10:00 a.m. Pastor David Morgan will be officiating.

Repast will be held at United Church following the service.
