William (Bill) Hugo Prill USN (ret), 80, passed away on June 30, 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada after fighting a brave battle against cancer. He was born on May 2, 1942 in Manila, Philippines to William Ferdinand Prill and Martha Chayapan. He was raised in Baguio City with his older sisters, Joy and June; younger brother, Hugo William; and younger sister, Lily May. William was a United States Navy veteran where he served for 31 years. He was the Founder and President of the Pacific Northwest Ilocandia Association, and member of the BIBAK Organization of Hawaii.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Luz; his children, Wilhelmina, Luanne, Sharon, and Jane; his grandchildren, Robert, Matthew, Ariana, Leilani, and Miley; as well as his siblings, Hugo, June, and Lily.
