William Jamie Cochran II of Las Vegas, passed away November 1, 2014. He was born April 26, 1974 in Detroit, Michigan and resided in Las Vegas, Nevada for eight years. Jaime enjoyed playing video games, cooking, and anything to do with electronics. He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Carter of Las Vegas; brother Alphonzo Carter of Seattle, Washington; sisters Sheila Carter of Phoenix, Ariziona, Phyllis Carter, Adrian Carter and Judith ( James) Prince all of Las Vegas, Nevada. Jaime is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
