Fred proudly served as a member of the military police in the Philippine Army for over two decades. Following his retirement from military service, he migrated to Los Angeles, California, in September 1988. Continuing his commitment to public safety and service, he worked for another fifteen years as a security and loss prevention officer.
He is remembered by his two children, Oliver and Ben; and his grandchildren, Shane, Shawn, and Shelley.
Fred’s life was marked by dedication to duty and care for others. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.
A visitation for Wilfredo will be held Saturday, April 5, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Palm Mortuary - Cheyenne, 7400 West Cheyenne Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89129, followed by a funeral service from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
