Rose C. Kelly

Rose C Kelly Neal, 62, a retired lieutenant of the Department of Correction of the state of Nevada of Las Vegas, passed away on September 27, 2014. She was born March 31, 1952 in Belize City, Central America, and had been a resident of Nevada since 1970. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clive Pitts and Ann Tillett-Gillett; sisters, Millie Gillett,Sandra Branche, and Phillipa Duewgarde. Rose is survived by her loving husband, Edwin E. Neal; daughters, Simone Pitts, Ashley ZT Turner, and a special niece who is like a daughter, Shawn Pitts; grandchildren, Melane Miller and Leo Darrell Wills, II; brothers, Raymond, Earl, and Horace Pitts; sisters, Brenda Brown, Jasmine and Chrylann Pitts, Kalima Pitts Denby, Linda Ford, Olivia Gillett, Judith and Jenny Pitts, and Geraldine Rhaburn. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 7th at 12:00pm at Mountaintop Faith Ministries, 2845 Lindell Road, Las Vegas, NV 89146, and burial at Palm Mortuary Eastern Cemetery, 7600 S. Eastern Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89123. Arrangements under the direction of Palm South Jones Mortuary, Las Vegas, NV.
