Robert A. Huber

Robert A. Huber, 78, of Las Vegas, passed away April 25, 2016. He was born on February 25, 1938 in Ellsworth, Pennsylvania to his parents Albert and Helen Huber. Bob spent 10 years working security at the Nevada Test Site and retired from J.C. Penney after 30 years as Warehouse Stockroom Manager. He loved spending time with his family and was an avid sports fan. Bob was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Patricia K. Huber; sister, Joyce Shultz (Mike); daughter, Pam Spencer (Gary); son, Scott Huber (Erin); grandchildren, Breanna and Colton Huber; step-daughter, Lesa Kooken (Jim); stepsons, Cory Walker (Donna) and Robert Walker (Brenda); two nieces, Jennifer Hubbard (Harold) and Debbie Milton; nephew, Jeff Snyder; seven additional grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and the mother of his children, Ann Abraham. Memorial Services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, May 7, 2016. Services will be followed by a Celebration of Life luncheon from 12:00 to 2:00 PM, both at Palm Cheyenne Mortuary, 7400 West Cheyenne Ave, Las Vegas. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Bob’s name with either the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
