Robert Gary Gross

Robert Gary Gross, of Las Vegas Nevada peacefully passed away at home on November 18, 2024. He was born January 06, 1958 in Rochester, New York to Marvin and Norma Gross. He was married to Carol Gross for 37 years.

Rob earned his MBA and undergraduate degree from State University of New York at Buffalo.

Rob served as Executive Chairman of Monro Inc. from October 2012 to August 2017 and as CEO from 1999 until October of 2012. Monro Inc. is the largest chain of company-operated automotive under car repair and tire service facilities in the United States.

Prior to Monro Inc. Rob held many Senior Executive positions throughout the retail industry, including Tops Appliance City, Inc. and Eye Care Centers of America, Inc. He also served on the Board of Directors of The Boyd Group and Core Mark International.

Rob was an avid golfer and sports enthusiast. He was admired and respected by his family, friends and business associates, wanting only the best for the people in both his professional and personal life.

He is survived by his wife Carol Gross and his brother Steven Gross. He is predeceased by his parents Marvin and Norma Gross.
