Richard Eugene White was born on October 31, 1938 in Detroit, Michigan. He passed away on August 2, 2024 in Las Vegas, Nevada, with beloved family at his side. Richard was preceded in death by both his parents William and Betty White, his brothers William White and Larry White and his sisters Karen Lewis and Gayle Badowsky. He is survived by his sister Cheryl Wasik and many loved nieces and nephews.
Richard moved from Michigan to Las Vegas 44 years ago. He was a carpenter by trade. However, he spent most of his career as the general sales manager for Nevada Wallboards. After retirement, he volunteered his time at the police department writing parking tickets and training others to do the same.
He will be buried at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in a few weeks with a graveside service. Date and time are to be determined.
Richard will be especially remembered for his sense of humor and his kind and caring nature.
