Rachel Moas, 62, a beloved mother and friend, passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2015. She was born on March 13, 1953 in Afula, Israel to Mordechai and Ester Eliyahu (nee Moelem) and was a Las Vegas resident for 25 years. Rachel is survived by her two daughters, Shanee and Adi; two sons, Avi and Royi; daughter-in-law, Amy; two sisters; five brothers; and one granddaughter. Services will be held at 10:00AM on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at King David Memorial, 2697 E. Eldorado Lane. King David Memorial handled the arrangements.
