Mike Malone 58, a trucking mechanic, of Las Vegas, passed away July 21, 2011. He was born Nov. 16, 1952, in Willows, Calif., and was a resident of Nevada since 1989. Mike enjoyed spending time with family and friends; his passions were barbecuing, working and fishing. Mike is survived by his wife, Alice Malone; son, John (Shelly) Eblen; daughter, Shawna (Derwin) White; son, Dustin (Misty) Bristol; mother, Elizabeth Gentile; dad, Lloyd Malone; sister, Jan Darling; brothers, William and Patrick Malone; and seven grandchildren. Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Monday, July 25, with services following, both at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
