Michael E. Toney, former Eastern Michigan Football Specialist and Las Vegas Casino Host passed away Sunday December 8th 2024. He was born in New Castle Pennsylvania to the late Bessie and Michael Toney. Michael was a loyal friend but most of all a devoted family man.
Michael was proceeded in death by the love of his life Peggy Toney who he referred to as "Heaven", son
Christopher Dragonmir, sister and brother in-law Donna Lee and George Shaheen. Michael is survived by his sisters Anita Radosevic, Paula Regina, children Cristina (James Pollins), Mark Toney, Mandy Hill, and Bradley Toney, along with numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, six grandchildren, four great grandchildren and many dear friends.
Family and friends will be received at Palm Eastern Mortuary on Thursday December 19th with the viewing from 1pm-2pm and services from 2-3pm. A private gathering for family and close friends will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to UNLV Foundation under Michael Toney.
