Michael "Mr. Kay" Dennis Beal

Michael Dennis Beal aka Mr. Kay, age 71, of Chicago Illinois went to be with the Lord on Friday December 3,2021. He was born in Chicago Illinois on April 28,1950 at 5:15pm to Leroy and Christine Beal.

Michael was baptized Catholic as an infant. In his early childhood he served as a alter boy. As a young man he was considering becoming a priest.

Michael spent his formative years servicing his community and neighborhood with his sibling and friends Michael attended Hales Franciscan and Calumet High School.

Michael served four years as a marine in the Vietnam war, where he went on to receive his high school diploma and after surviving and returning to his home, he was employed by the Metropolitan Transit Authority as a Motorman.

Michael aka Mr. Kay later joined the Chicago police department, where remained until retirement. Michael continued being of service to other even after his retirement from Chicago Police Department. He was a fun-loving giving man, no one was a stranger that met Kay he will truly be missed.

Michael aka Kay is survived by his loving Wife Renee Beal; Children, Ashabi, Kaleah, Chantel Woodard and host of relatives, cousins, nephews’ friends. Two sisters Michelle and Edridka and he will join in heaven the sister that proceeded him in death Linda and Dr. Christine Fulford
