Mary Kaye Pender

Age 70 of Las Vegas, NV went to be with the Lord on Sunday May 6, 2018.

She will always be remembered for her beautiful smile and her eyes that light up a room. Her great personality that made you want to be her friend and spend time with her. She had the biggest heart, and always had enough love for everyone. She was very forgiving, had a good sense of humor, and generous. She always looked on the brighter side of life and was the peace maker of the family. She was a great listener, advisor and your best advocate. She loved to spend time with her family, especially around the holidays. She loved flowers and gardening. She enjoyed traveling, shopping, playing games, and Elvis. She was the best wife, mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. A dedicated employee of the Hilton/Westgate for 38yrs, where she left behind a large family. She is preceded in death by her parents Lawrence Victor Ballard of Bardstown, KY and Mildred (King) Ballard of Louisville, KY, brother's Donald Ballard of Floyd Knobbs, IN, and James Ballard of Louisville, KY. Pender of Las Vegas, son Steven Pender and grandaughter Victoria and grandson Daniel of Las Vegas, NV, son Michael Pender of Las Vegas, NV, daughter Angela and husband Robert Tackett and grandaughter Alexis of Lebanon, MO, daughter Pamela Casas, grandsons Jacob, Justin, and Joshua of Las Vegas, NV, sister Delores and husband Ronald Thiebeaut of Fort Meyers, FL, brother David Ballard Sr. of Lennon, MI and many nieces and nephews.
