He graduated from Rancho High School in 1996, worked with the Republic Service as a truck driver for seven years and became a successful real estate investor which he turned into his family business.
He met his first love and wife of 28 years at Circus Circus in the arcade on September 15, 1992 and they were married May 2, 1996. Armando and Nikki had two beautiful children whom he loved and cherished.
He spent his free time training his son Romeo to be a pro boxer and loved spending quality time with his family. He will always be remembered as Nikki’s King, a great father and an angel in disguise. Throughout his community, and the city he was known to many as the angel who had a heart of gold, who secretly blessed many with stories untold. Armando was a son, a husband a father, grandfather, brother, a friend mentor and confidant. He will be forever loved and missed by the many people whose hearts he touched throughout his life.
Armando was proceeded in death by his father Jesus Alberto Acosta, his uncle Armando Acosta Ramirez whom he was affectionately named after, and leaves to mourn his Queen Tanika “Nikki” Acosta, his children; his princess Jasmine D. Acosta, his prince Romeo R. Acosta, his granddaughter Kyah Banks, his mother Maria E. Acosta, his siblings Juan A. Acosta, Jesse Acosta, Tania S. Ruiz, Maria G. Acosta and Mayra E. Acosta, uncle Felipe Acosta and Carlos Acosta, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
