Kip Rulon Walters, age 53, a retired service writer for Chassion Motors Automotive passed away November 13, 2016 after a five year battled with an illness. He was born July 14, 1963 in Tooele, Utah and been a resident of Nevada since 1972. Kip enjoyed watching sports and fishing. He was a die-heart fan of the Los Angeles Rams. Kip will be missed by his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Eldwin Walters and his beloved dog, Bruiser. Kip is survived by four children, Daniel ( Lindsey) Walters, Sr., Kelvin Walters, Brittney (Robert) Melnyk and Emily Walters; two grandchildren, Daniel Walters, Jr. and Anastasia Walters; his parents, Louise and Jim Lauber; two nephews, Jeffrey and Preston Walters; two brothers, Jeffrey (Paula) Walters, Sr. and Kevin (Tracie) Walters. A visitation will be on Tuesday, November 22 from 10am-12pm and the funeral service will follow at 12pm. Both services will be held at Palm South Jones Mortuary, 1600 S Jones Blvd, Las Vegas 89146.
