I was so shocked and saddened to see this. I left Las Vegas in 2018 and just did a search and this came up. It is so hard to find words......Kari was such a wonderful person.  I remember her from German class and then as my student aid-I think in her senior year.  She always had this beautiful smile and just always seemed so happy.  She loved to laugh and understood my sarcasm well. I lost touch with her after graduation-pre-facebook, etc. My heart goes out to her family and friends.
