Jared David Alterwitz, 26, beloved son of Larry and Gail Alterwitz, passed away on December 9, 2013. He was born January 6, 1987, in Las Vegas, NV and lived in Phoenix, AZ with his wife Kelly and 7 month old daughter Sofia. He was a bright light in the lives he touched. He had a heart of gold, and cherished every moment with his wife and new baby. He loved camping, 4-wheeling, skiing, and his horse, Cayenne Pepper, with whom he won many championships. As he matured, he grew in his love of God, but was taken too soon. He is now with the Lord and at peace. He will be missed terribly by his wife, daughter, father, mother, brother, and entire family. He will be loved forever. The funeral service will be at King David Memorial Chapel at 2697 E. Eldorado Lane, Las Vegas, NV on Sunday, December 15, 2013 at 2:00PM, with burial immediately following.
