Jack Lasker, 82, a retired Maitre d’hôtel in the hotel and restaurant industry and an avid tournament poker player, passed away on Sunday, April 24 2016. He was born on July 13, 1933 in Morocco to Nissum and Esther Lasker and was a Las Vegas resident. He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Abraham and Yakov . He is survived by Ida Saltzer, his beloved companion for 30-years, two sons, Marc and Steven Brown; sister, Chana Benbinishty; and many nieces and nephews in Israel . Graveside services will be held on Monday May 2, 2016 at 10:00am at Woodlawn Cemetery, 1500 Las Vegas Blvd North. King David Memorial Chapel handled the arrangements.
