Inell Beverly Frazier-Washington, was born on December 25, 1925 in Magnolia, Arkansas to the parents of KP Frazier and Gurdie Mae Patton-Frazier. On Saturday afternoon, February 8, 2014, Inell made a peaceful transition home to be with the Lord. She had been a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada since June 2003. Proceeded in death by her husband of forty years, James Booker Washington, Jr., her brother, Hollis Frazier and sister-in-law Vertie Mae Frazier, Inell is survived by: daughter, Carol Santiago; grandsons: Damon A. Santiago and wife, Yenci; and, Thomas A. Santiago, Jr. and wife, Lori; great-grandchildren: Alex, Tori, Jonathan, Danny, De’ Ann, and Damon, Jr.; great-great-grandchildren: Amaya, and Bella (born Feb. 16, 2014); niece, Linda Frazier-Bolden of Los Angeles, and nephew, Larry Frazier, of northern California; brother-in-laws Jonathan Washington and wife Pansy; and Sonny Washington of Los Angeles; a host of cousins, extended family and friends. A private memorial tribute will be held to celebrate the life of Inell Beverly Frazier-Washington. The family wishes to express a heartfelt thank you to everyone for your prayers, expressions of condolences, and support during this time of grief.
